ORCHIDEE-TRUNK OPTIMIZATION
Update (27/02/2024)
- Five sites at each PFT are selected for the use in further optimization.
- Additional global map shows location of selected sites.
- Time-series for selected sites are groupped at the top of each PFT sub-page.
Update (21/02/2024)
- BAt and HEIGHTt variables are summed across PFTs 2-9 in order to avoid negative (for BA) and zero (for HEIGHT) values impact on the total.
Configuration (16/02/2024)
- Model version: ORCHIDEE_trunk revision 8390.
- Sites: sites used in SIF project (selected by C.Bacour, 254 sites across all PFTs) + sites selected by C.Yue based on dominant PFTs (10 sites for each tree PFT2-9).
- Forcing: global CRUJRA v2.4 (closest pixel to each site location).
- PFT composition: for sites from C.Bacour using the same composition (shown at maps), for sites from C.Yue 100%-composition of a single PFT.
- Spinup: 340Y recycling 2001-2020 forcing with fixed ATM_CO2 = 350 ppm.
- Prior simulation: 20Y (2001-2020) with daily outputs for sechiba and yearly outputs for stomate.
- Control variables with ranges of variation:
