CHANGES
  1. Model update (stand density of unmanaged sites is now governed by RDI rather then pure self-thinning, this allows the model to initialize growth with a relatively low RDI which results in faster height growth)
  2. Add B_RDI to optimized parameters (B_RDI_LOWER_UNMAN = B_RDI, B_RDI_UPPER_UNMAN = B_RDI + 0.0009)
