ORCHIDEE-TRUNK OPTIMIZATION

CHANGES
  1. Re-spinup the model until 1970 to get a new restart point, add IND to control variables
  2. Run simulations for 50Y (1971-2020), use the last 10Y for optimization
  3. Restart with the clear cut event (add FORCED_CLEAR_CUT = y to the simulation at 1971)
  4. Add the best parameter set from the previous optimization run to the initial pool of the Genetic Algorithm minimization
  5. Add water use efficiency to control variables (ratio of GPP vs evapotranspiration)
  6. Add A1 and B1 to optimized parameters
  7. Reduce the number of sites (from 10 to 5 at each PFT)
  8. Reduce the number of iterations (from 25 to 15)
  9. Increase the number of processors (from 10 to 15)
