Optimization of the relationship between CHTESSEL GPP and SIF data [using DAILY data]

OBS : M.Jung GPP data at daily frequency
SAT : GOME2 Joiner V27 SIF data at daily frequency
SIM : CTESSEL GPP data at montly frequency replicated into daily

The optimization is done per REGION and per SEASON
All input data are smoothed with the 15-days running averaging window
