ATMOSPHERIC FORCING INTERPOLATION IN ORCHIDEE
The inital forcing data (black lines) are plotted according to the cell methods provided in the forcing.
If no cell method is found, the scalar variables are considered to be instantenous (plotted at the current time step t),
fluxes are considered to be averaged over the current and the next time steps (plotted between t and t+1).
