ORCHIDEE-TRUNK OPTIMIZATION

Select PFT:

CHANGES

  1. Define the ranges of acceptance for control variables (if a simulation gets inside the range of variation, the corresponding cont-function contribution is zero)
  2. Add to control variables
    bm_ratio = (LABILE_M_c + RESERVE_M_c) / (SAP_M_BE_c + SAP_M_AB_c + HEART_M_BE_c + HEART_M_AB_c)
  3. Remove SUGAR_LOAD from control variables, but keep for visualization
  4. Remove NUE_OPT from optimized parameters

Index 't' in the end of the ORCHIDEE variables stands for the 'total' and means that the variable data have been multiplied by VEGET_MAX and summed across PFTs.
